Please note our delivery terms and conditions:
- Orders placed before 12pm MYT will be processed for delivery on the same day.
- Deliveries may be delayed during sale periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen events like extreme weather.
- We deliver on weekdays, excluding Malaysia Public Holidays.
- Our company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We recommend that customers purchase shipping insurance to protect against potential transit damages. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim as they may be required for validation.
